Once that is done you can play the game from PCem and the Windows 98 SE environment in it, as well as pretty much any other game that is designed for Windows 9x, since virtually all of them work under Windows 98 SE.
This should be easy once you have Windows 98 SE up and running.
Lastly you will want to start up PCem and have Windows 98 SE up and running inside it and then run the installation for Jumpstart 4th grade Haunted Island inside that virtual Windows 98 SE environment. You will need to look online for tutorials for how to install Windows 98 SE on PCem, here is a Google search link for tutorials: You’ll need to install a copy of it inside PCem.
I highly recommend Windows 98 Second Edition or Windows 98 SE for short. Now you will want to emulate one of the Windows 9x operating systems. Install a program called PCem available here: It is free, and lets you emulate classic PCs from early 80s DOS machines up thru late 90s ones that can run Windows XP.
